Reiki 1 Certification (Wendy Hiller and Dale Becherer) Learn the subtle art of Usui Reiki. The Usui system of Reiki is one of the easiest natural healing systems known today. Gentle Pilates with Lakshmi: Mat exercises bring strength and wellbeing to your entire body without pushing it too far. Classical Pilates brings a balance of body, mind and Spirit through breath and movement. Through the breath alone you can feel an amazing change in your body. Restorative Ananda Yoga with Lakshmi: Ananda Yoga is a restorative traditional posture technique which focuses on the inward journey of the mind and Soul through releasing pent up energy in various areas of the body. This is a slow moving, inward-directed class, using beginning level postures, yet powerful for everyone! $12/class; $72 for 6. Max of 8 participants
