The Didgeridoo was originally created by Australian aborigines. It has travelled to the West to become an instrument of healing, meditation and relaxation. It found Bob in 1997, and they've been together ever since!
Classes: Learn to play the didg yourself. Some of the benefits are: lowers blood pressure, allows you to go into meditative states more quickly.

Bowenwork™
After 13 years as a massage therapist, Bob learned Bowenwork™ in order to assist clients with chronic pain, injury and other complaints that were not responding to massage therapy.
